Having the ability to produce Custom Bolts & Nuts means we can meet our clients specific requirements, ensure they are provided with bespoke products that are tough and durable. You can learn more about our Custom Bolts & Nuts by visiting our website and reading information about each product we mention. They are available in a variety of finishes from Zinc to colour coated. All of our Bolts & Nuts and Hexagon Nuts can be manufactured to meet all British metric standards; we are the leading manufacturers of special custom fasteners within the UK and have many years of experience within the industry. As we offer customised bolts and nuts it is no surprise that we are pioneers within the industry, giving our customers 100 percent satisfaction with our products. Hexagon Nuts are basically a type of metal fastener with six sides and are commonly used to fix objects together. While the hexagon nut is most common used shape within nuts there are also other types of nuts available. Socket Capscrews also have a hexagonal centre on the screw head, allowing the Capscrew to bind together with the object. Using a Socket Capscrew can cause less damage than conventional Philips or slotted head screws, which makes them reliable. Ensuring that the Capscrew matches the head type on the object is vital to make sure the finished connection is completely structurally sound. Plant Investment for Special Fastener Subsea Marketplace

Hague Fasteners are thrilled to take delivery of their new 4 Axis Machining centre to add extra capacity to their ever increasing workload.

This is the 2nd phase of significant plant investment as Hague Fasteners continue to grow as they service new Export and UK markets.

A significant growth this year into the Subsea marketplace has seen particularly complex milled fasteners being regularly manufactured to Customers drawings and supplied through Scotland, Norway and throughout Benelux.

Managing Director, Jon Hague, explained “with the successful implementation of the 2013 Special Fastener Engineering Young Apprenticeship scheme the flexibility amongst our new young workforce is enabling us to make rapid Plant acquisitions to further improve the delivery times and variety of complex components we can offer our ever growing number of Global Customers.”

Hague Fasteners continue in the proud footsteps of their founder, they are still a Private Company owned now by the 2nd Generation of the Hague Family. The Company structure and strong financial position the Company enjoy, in their 5th Decade of Bolting Production, ensures needless bureaucracy does not inhibit the firms continued growth.

Hague Fasteners have always led from the front, opportunities are identified and the business plan tweaked accordingly to always ensure that Hague Fasteners are the rapid solution to bolting supply issues around the world.

Hague Fasteners Continued Partnership with Wolverhampton Wanderers 2013/2014

It’s been a rather dramatic fall from grace for local Football team Wolverhampton Wanderers, from mixing with the best teams in the World some short 2 seasons ago, Wolves now find themselves in the English third tier of Football “League One”.

Hague Fasteners have been proud supporters of their local football team, and despite the somewhat less glamorous appeal of League One football, Hague remain proud to be associated with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The overpaid “stars” that failed to deliver the football required to survive in the Premier League or to compete in The Championship last year have been shipped out and the new Management at Wolves have re-invigorated the Club by promoting the Youthful Stars of the future to first team action.

Once again it seems the famous Old Gold & Black shirts are filled with Players passionate about their trade and passionate about the Famous Club that they represent.

Hague Fasteners are proud to be sponsoring 2 of these players and look forward to a more exciting season than has been endured for the last few years.

BJORN SIGURDARSON

Icelandic striker Björn Sigurdarson arrived at Molineux from Norwegian club Lillestrom in July 2012.

He signed a four year contract after joining for an undisclosed fee.

Half-brother of former Wolves midfielder Joey Gudjonsson, Sigurdarson made his debut for the club as a second-half substitute against Leeds United at Elland Road, scoring his first goal in the away victory at Peterborough in September, 2012.

The forward has been capped at under-17, under-19, under-21 and senior level by Iceland, making his full international debut in a Euro 2012 qualifying victory over Cyprus.

AARON McCAREY

Aaron McCarey was a highly regarded goalkeeper with Monaghan United before being spotted by Wolves and joining the club in January, 2010.
Aaron had actually agreed to join Wolves the previous September, but the deal couldn’t be ratified until the transfer window re-opened.
Nevertheless, he arrived in November, 2009, to start training with the club and settle in to his new surroundings, eventually making his debut in a reserve game at Chelsea.
The keeper, who has turned out for Republic of Ireland Under-19s, made several appearances from the bench for the first team in the pre-season friendlies prior to the 2010/11 season.
During the campaign he enjoyed a successful loan spell with AFC Telford, in amongst some impressive performances for Wolves reserves.
And he also helped the Republic of Ireland Under-19 team qualify for the summer’s European Championships in Romania, taking place in July.
Prior to that, McCarey turned out for Wolves in a 3-2 friendly win at his former club Monaghan.

Wheel Studs are easier for tire changes.

Engineer Studs

A normal stud bolt is a round metal bar that is either fully screwed or just screwed at both ends. Engineered stud bolts are the same except for having flanges that are set at a certain distance from one end to create a positive collar against the surface which the stud bolt is tightened on to. Whether you want Engineer Studs that have a large diameter or a longer length we can manufacture them as this is our speciality. There is a very high standard and excellence that shines through with the high temperature material grades and super duplex steel materials we use in our fasteners.

Wheel Studs
Wheel Studs are primarily used on automobiles to hold the wheel to your vehicle; they are the threaded fastener that keeps them in place on any automobile. Wheel Studs are only semi-permanent when mounted onto the vehicle hub and generally nuts are fastened over the wheel studs to secure the wheel in place, this is usually applied through the brake drum or discs. The primary advantage of using Wheel Studs instead of wheel bolts is because they are much easier to remove when it comes to changing a tire. It allows you to lift both the wheel and tire onto the studs instead of trying to hold up both the wheel and tire whilst also trying to line up the holes to insert the bolts; the Wheel Studs create the ability to hold and locate during tire changes which is safer, easier and not time consuming.

Here at Hague Fasteners we offer a simple and substantiated claim. If its not available from stock we will manufacture Bespoke Bolting for you in whatever delivery time you need.
