Manufacturing Inspection Test Plans

Hague Fasteners utilise UKAS approved Laboratories to perform detailed and independent test reports where required by specific client Specifications or where built into a Critical Project Inspection Test Plan which Hague produce for detailed control of production, testing, documentation and release of their most critical projects. ITP’s are produced as required so that full traceability and production detail is controlled and inspection and witness points made available for Client inspection or 3rd party witnessing as required.

Traceability

Hague Fasteners often hard mark their manufactured fasteners, by request, with a fully traceable ident that allows the full traceability of each part back to the base material certification, manufacturing processes, independent testing and any other processes and documentation. This process is often built into specific project Inspection Test Plans to tie each bolt to the specific document package post installation.
